A public directory of your ministries

Each ministry can have a public page so parishioners can see what it does and how to join.

  • Shows what the ministry does, when it meets and the typical commitment.
  • Available in English and Filipino.
  • Visitors can browse without creating an account.

Applications that coordinators can review

Interested parishioners can apply to a ministry, and the coordinators decide who joins.

  • Applications go to the ministry that was chosen.
  • Parishioners can save ministries and compare them before applying.

Invite your team with a link

Share a join link so your existing members can sign up and land in the right ministry.

  • Invites can point to a specific ministry.
  • Share the link in the group chat your team already uses.

Schedules, reminders and attendance

Once people have joined, assign duties, send reminders and record attendance for the Masses and events they served.

  • Members see their own duties in one list.
  • Coordinators can mark who attended.

Frequently asked questions

Can parishioners find our ministries without an account?
Yes. The public ministry directory for a parish can be opened by anyone with the link. An account is only needed to apply or to see duties.
Who decides who joins a ministry?
The ministry coordinators review applications. Agnioz does not add anyone to a team on its own.
Is member information public?
The public directory shows ministry information, not private member details. Contact details of coordinators are not shown on those pages.
