Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Agnioz. We will process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt and verification of your identity.

To submit a request, email us at agnioz@agnioz.com with the subject line “Agnioz Data Deletion Request” and include your full name, email address, and parish or organization name. Identity verification may be required before we process your request.

Upon confirmation, the following data associated with your account will be deleted:

• Your account and authentication credentials
• Your profile information (name, photo, phone number)
• Ministry membership records associated with your account
• Chat messages you have sent within the platform
• Files and documents you uploaded

Some data may be retained after your deletion request where there is a lawful basis to do so:

• Security and audit logs: Retained for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
• Parish administrative records: Records required by law or legitimate parish administrative necessity may be retained by the parish administrator.
• Attendance records: Where there is a legitimate administrative or legal basis for retention, historical attendance records may be preserved in anonymized or aggregated form.

We will confirm receipt of your request and process it within 30 days. If your request requires additional verification or involves complex data relationships, we will notify you of any delay.
