Multi-Tenant Data Separation

Agnioz is a multi-tenant platform. Each parish's data is logically isolated from other parishes. Members of one parish cannot access the data of another parish unless explicitly granted access. We enforce row-level security controls to maintain this separation.

Children and Minors

Agnioz may be used by parishes with ministries that include minors (such as youth ministry, altar servers, catechism, and formation groups). Use of Agnioz involving minors requires appropriate parish authorization and parental or guardian supervision.

We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without authorization from a parent, guardian, or authorized parish representative. If you believe a minor's data has been collected without proper authorization, please contact us immediately.

See our Child Safety Policy for more information.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some administrative and audit records may be retained longer where required by law or legitimate administrative necessity.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, row-level security policies, and audit logging to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

International Data Transfer

[International data transfer details — Replace with applicable data transfer mechanisms and regions before submission.]

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the platform or by email. Your continued use of Agnioz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
