Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Agnioz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
What Agnioz Is
Agnioz is a Catholic parish and ministry management platform that helps parishes organize their communities, coordinate ministries, manage schedules, track attendance, and facilitate ministry communications. Agnioz is a technology platform, not a Church authority. Pastoral, canonical, and sacramental matters are governed by your parish, diocese, and the Catholic Church.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may use Agnioz only with explicit authorization from their parish and under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized parish representative. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Accounts and Authentication
Agnioz uses Google Sign-In for authentication. By signing in, you authorize Agnioz to access your basic Google profile information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account. Notify us immediately at agnioz@agnioz.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Parish and Tenant Administration
Agnioz is a multi-tenant platform. Each parish operates as an independent tenant. Parish administrators manage their own community, including member invitations, role assignments, ministry configurations, and content policies. Agnioz the platform provides tools; parish admins are responsible for how those tools are used within their community.
Roles and Permissions
Agnioz uses a role-based access system. Roles include:
- Member: Standard parish member with access to their own ministry memberships and schedule.
- Officer: Ministry officer with management access to their assigned ministry.
- Coordinator: Ministry coordinator with broader coordination capabilities.
- Parish Admin: Administrator for the entire parish with full management access.
- Priest: Pastoral leader with access configured by the parish.
Each role grants specific permissions within the platform. Role assignments are managed by parish administrators.
User Responsibilities
As a user of Agnioz, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and communications.
- Use the platform in a manner consistent with Catholic community values.
- Respect other members, officers, and administrators.
- Not share confidential parish or ministry information outside authorized channels.
- Not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines.
Ministry Officer and Admin Responsibilities
If you hold a role as an officer, coordinator, or parish admin, you additionally agree to:
- Manage your ministry or parish responsibly and in accordance with Church values.
- Protect member personal data and use it only for authorized ministry purposes.
- Follow applicable civil laws regarding data protection and child safety.
- Not exploit your administrative access for personal gain or to harm members.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive member information.
Acceptable Use
Your use of Agnioz must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in content removal, account restriction, or termination.
Chat and Community Conduct
All communication within Agnioz must comply with our Community Guidelines. Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spam, and sharing of confidential parish data are strictly prohibited.
Uploaded Content and Files
You retain ownership of content you upload to Agnioz. By uploading content, you grant Agnioz a limited license to store, display, and share it within your parish community as necessary to operate the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate third-party rights, applicable law, or these terms.
Privacy
Your use of Agnioz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
Service Availability
We strive to provide a reliable platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency actions that affect availability.
App Updates
We may update the Agnioz application from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve security. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes to functionality.
Third-Party Services
Agnioz uses third-party services including Google (authentication), Supabase (database and storage), and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Subscription and Billing

Disclaimers
Agnioz is a technology platform and is not an official parish, diocesan, or Church authority. Pastoral decisions, canonical matters, and sacramental records are the responsibility of the parish and diocese, not Agnioz. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agnioz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of ministry records, or service interruptions.
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. Parish administrators may also remove users from their parish within the platform. You may close your account at any time by submitting a Data Deletion Request.
Governing Law — Philippines
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of Agnioz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
